¿Para qué usamos sus datos?

Los datos personales que nos proporciona serán tratados con la finalidad de mantener las relaciones con Vd., y facilitar la información que nos solicite, así como el control de navegación Web.

¿En base a qué Normas los Tratamos?

La base legítima para tratar sus datos se encuentra en los artículos 6.1  b) del Reglamento UE 679/2016, ejecución de un contrato o aplicación de medidas precontractuales, artículo 6. 1 f) del Reglamento, satisfacción de un interés legítimo en el caso de mantenimiento del contacto y artículo 6.1 c), cumplimiento de obligaciones legales.

¿Durante cuánto tiempo los tenemos?

Serán conservados mientras se mantenga la condición de cliente o contacto y por ello la finalidad de su utilización, sin perjuicio de plazos posteriores de conservación impuestos por normativas sectoriales y los de prescripción de las responsabilidades.

¿A quien-es los comunicamos?

Los únicos destinatarios de la información son en su caso, las administraciones públicas en cumplimiento de deberes legales de comunicación.

¿Que derechos tiene?

Cualquier persona tiene derecho a solicitar el acceso a los datos personales que le conciernen, a solicitar su rectificación o supresión, a solicitar la limitación de su tratamiento, a oponerse a su tratamiento (si hay interés público o interés legítimo) y/o el derecho a la portabilidad de los datos. En todos los casos podrá ejercer sus derechos por correo electrónico dirigido a  imiranda@asturelec.com, acompañado de copia del documento de identidad. Cualquier persona puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, estando los formularios disponibles en la web www.aepd.es en caso de considerar que sus derechos no han sido satisfechos.

How long we retain your data
